SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BRYCE COSMETICS. Below is our official Shipping Policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Approximate shipping times:

  • Domestic (within Canada): 10 business days

  • International: 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing.

Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs processing delays

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is delayed, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

  • Contact the carrier for assistance

We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us immediately at bryce@brycecosmetics@gmail.com .
If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it.
If it has already shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your country.
Customers are responsible for all additional charges.
We cannot predict or control these fees.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeline.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll review the case and provide a replacement if eligible.
